WORLD CHAMPS: BECKY JAMES MAKES IT A DOUBLE


We might be seeing a foreshadowing glimpse at Rio 2016 here at the UCI World Championships. Great Britain’s Rebecca James, who won the World Champion stripes for the Sprint yesterday, has done it again in the Keirin. She’s proving to be in dominant form and poised to be the Britain’s next track superstar.

WORLD CHAMPS: BECKY JAMES TAKES THE SPRINT


After four days of competition, Team GB is proving they are still a force to be reckoned with on the track as they earn yet another World Champion title in Minsk (the Brits have won 4 so far). As seen in this final decider heat against Germany’s Kristina Vogel, Becky James shows that she might have what it takes to pick up Victoria Pendleton’s figurative “Queen of the Sprint” crown.
