Peter Yates, the director of two of my all-time favorite movies has recently passed away at the age of 81.
Not only are these two films exceptionally awesome, they’ve probably had more influence on my style, taste and interests than any other media I’ve ever been exposed to.
We’re talking bike racing, Steve McQueen, Italian stuff, car chases through San Francisco, etc etc etc.
