LONDON OLYMPIC VELODROME OPENS
With 18 months until the games begin, opening ceremonies were held yesterday to celebrate the completion of the beautiful new velodrome for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

I first heard about Scalextric’s 2012 London Olympic Velodrome set a few days ago through an article in The Guardian but didn’t want to post anything until I could see the actual product. This is just a mock-up version for the 2011 Toy Fair but it still looks pretty rad!
