As one track shuts its doors, another is born. The Boulder Valley Velodrome project broke ground a few days ago in Erie, Colorado and Daily Camera was there to hear from some of the dreamers who are making this a reality.

An artist’s rendering of the new velodrome going up in Erie, Colorado. The Boulder Valley Velodrome will be a 250-meter outdoor wooden designed by Peter Junek. This is going to be the third velodrome in Colorado (California still wins with four) and it could be open for riding as early as Spring next year. Read the full article here.
