VICTORIA PENDLETON ON THE MATCH SPRINT


Found this to be pretty cool. Vicky Pendleton drops basic strategies on how to win a Match Sprint. Definitely worth a watch even if it’s not exactly something anyone can cover in a 3-minute video — at the Intro To Track Racing class, we’ll spend a 3-hour session on Match Sprints and still just scratch the surface.
