The Mixtures - “Pushbike Song”

Lately my buddy Chriz G has been getting into the Sharpies style, an Australian subculture that emerged out of Melbourne in the early 70’s. So yesterday he we were looking up obscure Aussie garage, psych and glam tunes of the era (i.e. Billy Thorpe & The Aztecs or Lobby Loyde & The Coloured Balls).

We hit a goldmine at NZOZ1971’s YouTube page and happened upon this kitschy gem of a music video for the 1971 Mixtures hit “Pushbike”. It’s… amazing. Enjoy.
