Hey, remember earlier this week when I posted that vintage comic strip about Alfred “The Red Devil” Letourneur and his giant chainring?

Well, this is his bike in non-comic strip form.  What a beast!  Remember, he set the world motor-paced record at 108.92 mph.  I wonder how long it took him to get up to speed running a gear like this.
