THIS WEEKEND AT ENCINO VELODROME The 2013 track racing season at Encino Velodrome kicks off with The Encino Velodrome Boneshaker presented by Zone 3 Multisport. Racing will be split into two sessions. Noon to 3pm will see Juniors, Elite Men’s Cat 3 and Masters 50+ racing. Immediately folowing that, Elite Men’s Cat 5, Elite Men’s Cat 4, Elite Men’s Cat 1/2/3 and Women’s racing will begin at 3pm. See the full race flyer HERE.
