UNSTOPPABLES: MIGUEL AND PACO
Black Train Films have posted a beautiful and poignant new clip from their upcoming documentary about a team of Spanish paracyclists:
Paco, a member of the Genesis cycling club in Barcelona, had a massive surprise the day he turned up at the Velodrome and found his hero Miguel Indurain there to greet him. (thanks Miguel)
Unfortunately shortly after the visit, Paco lost his battle with Cancer. He had managed to survive longer than the doctors expected him to, showing the fighting spirit that predominates throughout our documentary. We dedicate this clip in loving memory of Francisco Gutiérrez Quirós, (Paco) who passed away on December the 29th 2012, aged 47. R.I.P.
They are hoping to have the film wrapped up later this year and I can’t wait. Check out more Unstoppables.
