The track cycling events at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi began today. Australia is proving to be a force to be reckoned with, winning all three gold medals from today’s events. Jack Brobridge won in the Individual Pursuit, Anna Meares had the fastest 500m time and Scott Sunderland [picture from Bike Radar] won the Kilo with a time of 1:01.411, breaking the Commonwealth Games record previously held by Chris Hoy.
The track cycling events continue through to Friday. See full results on Canadian Cyclist.
