Please note that the new time for Encino Velodrome's Intro To Track Racing class beginning October 6th is 7:00pm to 10:00pm. But don’t worry too much if you can’t make it there till 7:30, you’ll just be missing the warm-up period.
The course begins in less than two weeks. If you’ve never ridden the track before, take the Beginner’s Class this Saturday at noon.
Our previous Intro To Track Racing sessions wrapped up last night and everyone had a great time racing and BBQ’ing. Thanks to all the riders who attended the course. You’ve all come a long way in just six weeks.
For the next two Wednesdays, everyone is welcome to come back to the track and have some fun riding and informal racing. We’ll hold a pre-intro orientation session on the 29th for folks who haven’t taken the course before and are planning to attend the Oct 6th course.

Santa Barbara To Santa Monica Race » Sometimes my friend Hernan likes to celebrate his birthday by torturing everyone with some grueling race. It’s going to be fun. Race meets at Cranky’s Bikes in Santa Barbara at 10am and doesn’t end until you reach the cannon at the top of the Santa Monica Pier. Afterparty at Royal/T in Culver City.

14) thou shall always rest on mondays (and party on sunday night after the race).
